2. High Knee Twist
3. Static Skier
4. Single Leg Plank + Knee To Elbow

5. Plank Jack
6. Flying Donkey Kick + Knee to Elbow
7. Squats Squats Squats
8. 180 Jump Squat
9. Cross Punch

If you’re not coordinated enough, you can do the exercise on its own. 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. Around 10 minutes in total.
