髖關節是淋巴和血管等密集之處,除了是人體最大、負重最多的關節,更是情緒抽屜,無法處理的負面情緒會被我們不自覺地累積進髖關節裡。所以保持健康有靈活的髖對體內的能量流動尤其重要,讓身體和心靈上得到的健康。
