準媽媽面對身體變化,很容易不知不覺做成不良的身體姿勢習慣,導致肌肉減弱,腰酸骨痛,越休息反而會越走下波;加上胎兒於子宮日漸長大,壓著盤骨區,影響身體循環系統,尤其是下半身,因此腳水腫和抽筋是中後孕期很常見的狀況。

記住在練習中時刻留意自己身體,保持平穩輕鬆的呼吸,不要勉強。

PS: 有恥骨痛的媽媽請避免goddess pose 女神式及butterfly pose 蝴蝶式。
