新世界花式跳繩章級計劃 考核介紹 – JUMP ROPE FOR GOOD

新世界花式跳繩章級計劃考試分為銅、銀、金三個章級。 
各章級考核內容分為五部分，當中包括：
評核一：單車步速度評核 
考生須於30秒內完成最多下數。 
評核二：花式 / 花式組合評核 
考生須完成由題目庫隨機抽取的5個花式 / 花式組合。 
評核三：技術速度項目 
考生須於30秒內完成由題目庫隨機抽取的2個項目， 
並完成最多下數。 
評核四：花式套路 
考生須於限時內完成考核範圍中的指定套路。 
評核五：理論口試 
考生需要口頭形式回答五條問題， 
內容將主要包括跳繩規則、歷史及發展、本地比賽資料等。

New World Jump Rope Certificate Award Scheme comprises Bronze, Silver and Gold Levels.  
Each level contains 5 parts, including 
Section 1: Single Rope Speed Event 
Candidates are required to do as many jumps as possible within 30 seconds.

Section 2: Skills Combo Event 
Candidates are required to finish 5 combos randomly drawn from the syllabus. 
Section 3: Technical Speed Event 
Candidates are required to finish 2 events randomly drawn from the syllabus, 
and do as many jumps as possible within 30 seconds. 

.

Section 4: Techniques Routine Event 
Candidates are required to perform the specified routine in the syllabus within time limit. 
Section 5: Oral Test 
Candidates are required to answer 5 questions verbally,  
which cover jump rope regulations, history and development, information about local championships etc.
