The personal information collected (including but not limited to name, email, phone number, gender, university affiliation, and source of event awareness) will be used solely for event coordination, communication, logistics, and analysis. All data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and other applicable regulations.

The organizer will take appropriate security measures to protect your data and will only share it with service providers if necessary.

活動期間將進行拍攝及錄影。參加者一經出席，即視為同意其肖像可被主辦方用於宣傳或紀念用途。
Photo and video recording will take place during the event. By attending, participants consent to the use of their image for promotional or commemorative purposes by the organizer.

參加者提交表格即表示同意主辦方按上述條款使用其資料。主辦方對於因不可抗力或其他非可控因素導致的活動變更、取消或損失不承擔任何責任。
