《SSwagger O Day 2025》Event Terms & Conditions

By registering for and/or attending the “SSwagger O Day 2025” event (the “Event”), organised by New Media Group (the “Organiser”), to be held on 6 September 2025 at the West Kowloon Cultural District, Hong Kong, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Entry

Admission to the Event is free of charge, but online registration is required via the official registration form available at www.sswagger.hk/oday2025.
Each registrant must provide accurate and complete personal information. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be voided at the organizer’s discretion.
Each registration is non-transferable and valid for one individual only.
Entry to the Event venue is subject to verification of your registration confirmation. You may be asked to present a valid student ID or identification document upon request.

2. Eligibility

The Event is open to all members of the public. Current university students will be given priority for certain activities, zones, or entry access. VIP guests and sponsors’ invitees may enjoy additional access privileges as designated by the organizer.
The Organiser reserves the right, under reasonable circumstances, to refuse participants entry to the venue, including for health and safety reasons, or invalid registration confirmation.

3. Event Access

Participants must follow specific rules, procedures and safety guidelines at the Event. Access to specific event zones, performances, games, and experiences may be subject to capacity, queue systems, or scheduled time slots, on a first-come-first-served basis.
Access to featured artist performances is not guaranteed and may require early queuing. Please refer to on-site announcements, the event website and social media for special arrangements.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any part of the event program due to safety, weather, or operational considerations. Please refer to on-site announcements, the Event website and social media for special arrangements.

4. Photo & Video Consent

Photography, video recording, and live streaming will be conducted during the Event for promotional, editorial, and archival use.
By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in promotional content by the Organiser and its affiliated platforms.

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to act respectfully and responsibly towards others, staff, and property.
Any offensive, unsafe, disruptive, or harassing behavior (including and not limited to carrying or using any weapons, dangerous items, or prohibited substances; smoking, drinking alcohol, or using prohibited drugs within the venue; holding assemblies, demonstrations, or speeches, or using any flags, banners, or signs; operating drones or other remote-controlled flying devices; engaging in any unsafe behavior or activities that interfere with event operations) are strictly prohibited. Those who violate the above regulations will be required to leave the Event immediately.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited for participants under the age of 18. The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly forbidden. The organizer reserves the right to report any such violations to law enforcement authorities.
The Organiser reserves the right to ban repeat offenders from future SSwagger events.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Participants attend the Event at their own risk. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for disruptions caused by external factors including, but not limited to, weather, transportation issues, public safety restrictions, or governmental orders.
Please take care of your own belongings and remain vigilant in crowded areas.
Participants must comply with all instructions issued by the Organiser or its staff to ensure safety and order.

7. Event Branding & Sponsorship

The Event includes sponsored booths, product activations, and sampling areas. Participation in such activities is entirely voluntary.
Giveaways and samples are available while stocks last and are offered at the discretion of participating brands.
The Organiser does not endorse or guarantee the quality, claims, or offers made by any participating brand, exhibitor, or sponsor.

8. Changes & Cancellation

The organizer reserves the right to change event details (including date, time, venue, programming, or format) or cancel the Event entirely in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
No compensation or refund will be provided for any such changes, including costs incurred by participants.

9. Personal Data Collection Statement

Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for event-related administration, notifications, and future updates from SSwagger and its affiliated brands.
Your data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be sold or shared without your consent.

10. Severe Weather Arrangements

The Organiser may cancel or change the Event content (e.g. opening hours, available facilities) under the following circumstances. Please refer to on-site announcements, the Event website and social media: Landslides, mudslides or hill fires; Protests, demonstrations, or closure/blockage of event routes; Force majeure situations,including but not limited to natural disasters, war, hostile acts, rebellion, revolution ,insurrection, riot, strike, disease outbreak, compliance with HKSAR Government epidemic-control measures, terrorist acts or threats, or other circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control that make it unsafe or impractical to hold the event.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, any changes, postponements, or cancellations will be announced via the organizer’s official channels. Please refer to the latest announcement from the organizer for the final arrangement.
If the Hong Kong Observatory forecasts Severe weather on the Event day or the possible issuance of the aforementioned warnings, the Organiser may change the Event route, time or announce postponement. Please refer to on-site announcements, the Event website and social media for details.
Should Severe weather or the aforementioned warnings occur during the Event, the Organiser has the right to adjust the programme or cancel activities in progress.
Participants may call the Hong Kong Observatory (Tel: 1878 200) or visit www.hko.gov.hk on the morning of the Event for the latest weather information.
If cancellation occurs for the above reasons, the Organiser may reschedule the Event later. Please refer to on-site announcements, the Event website and social media for details.

11. Other Provisions

In case of dispute, the Organiser reserves the right of final decision.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Event details or these Terms at any time and will post updates on the Event website or at the venue.
