8 MIN BOOTY WORKOUT// Knee Friendly, No Squats & No Equipment/ KRIS FIT
Hey, Welcome back to Kris FIT, this 8 MIN “knee friendly” Booty Workout, that mainly target your butt and doesn’t involve the standard exercises (squats, lunges, ..). You don’t need any equipment or weights during the whole workout!
If you need breaks – TAKE THEM! Don’t worry too much about that. You will improve over time 🙂 The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.
