5 Tips to make your HOME WORKOUT more EFFECTIVE & EFFICIENT!

It’s been a long time since I uploaded my last video. I’ve busier last year but thanks to this corona virus situation, I am free again…!

Everyone is staying at home and there are many home workout videos out here! I am going to give you 5 tips on how to make your home workout more effective and efficient! You can achieve more by just doing all these small adjustments on your body when you are exercising!

1. Planks
Apart from paying attention on only the level of you hip, engaging your core, glutes and scapula is also very important to align you body position, also it helps to even out the tension from your wrists and thigh to your whole body.

2. Squat
Apart from keeping you back straight and engaging your core, make sure you are pushing through your heels, not your toes when coming up. Don’t forget to have a final squeeze on your glutes at the end of the rep, don’t waste any reps!

3. Crunches
Try to eliminate the arch on your lower back when you are doing crunches, push down your lower back, draw in your belly button and keep everything tight. This will help to shift the workfrom your hip flexor to you abdominus!

4. Lunges
Whichever its forward lunges, backward lunges or side lunges, pay extra attention to the alignment of your knees and toes. Make sure they are pointing at the same direction. Don’t forget to keep your back straight an core tight!

5. Pull
Keep your scapula down and in all the time even with the eccentric motion (coming back down / releasing the tension), plus engaging your core!
