The well-loved 30-minute pilates-inspired love handles workout!

The routine is specially created to target the obliques for the waistline and gluteus medius to target the muffiin top.

My secret to creating an effective workout routine is to pay attention to the ‘transition move’. It is that gap that makes the difference. It makes your routine flow better. It also gives a nice end to your last exercise of your muscle group focus and a good warm up for your next muscle group focus. For example when you plan to work on your legs and obliques, before you end your legs exercise, make sure the exercise leading to the obliques exercise consists of legs as well.

To make it simple, this is my formula:

Muscle Group A ➫ Muscle Group A+B ➫ Muscle Group B

In this case:

Right Glutes Focus ➫ Right Glutes + Right Oblique ➫ Right Oblique Focus
