核心肌群是維持及穩定身體正確姿勢的重要肌肉群,除了腹部還有側腰、背部、臀部和大腿內側 (不例出專有名詞了,有興趣自己上網找找)。

核心對我來說是隻沈睡的獅子,把它喚醒你就是王了 LOL 因為核心會在做任何動作前先收縮再散到四肢,以穩定軀幹,避免脊椎受傷,避免過度運用其他肌肉,可以「省力」完成動作,包括坐和企。這是與生俱來的禮物,把這份禮物拆開吧!

如果核心在沈睡狀態,就要花多點時間去喚醒它,不用急、不用快,姿勢正確配合呼吸才是重點,要不辛苦了自己卻得不到效果,何苦。練習久了可以把維持動作的時間加長。
